Recruitment process
1. Document review
We review your resume and reference materials (career description, portfolio, etc.).
2. Phone interview
We conduct 1:1 phone interviews with the relevant department head.
3. Expertise Interview
We conduct competency-based professional interviews with the team members who will work together.
4. In-depth interview
Members of various occupations who will collaborate upon joining will participate in an interview to verify the culture fit of ECOLETREE.
5. Position and salary consultation and employment
Upon final acceptance of the interview, position and salary consultation is conducted through an Offer Letter, and a two-month probation period is conducted upon final admission.
